My wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident right in front of our house. She was waiting for oncoming traffic to pass while turning left into our house driveway. She was hit from behind which caused her to move into oncoming traffic and experience a head-on collision. Her injuries from the crash included a crushed left calcaneus (heel) bone which resulted in several surgeries.
