Attorney Will Nebeker was incredibly helpful! At the beginning of my free consultation he read through the documents indicating the progress of the case thus far, did some research, and concluded that it would be more costly to hire an attorney rather then to continue the case ourselves. He then continued to spend the next hour and a half (staying after their posted close time) to help me formulate a plan moving forward and answer all of my questions. John Allen is a brilliant lawyer, he helped me with several charges that could have ruined my life. Because of his hard work and determination to get me the best outcome possible, my life today is blessed. I was able to go back to school, get married, have 2 beautiful daughters and get back to my life. My son was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. We did not have an attorney, and did not know of one to call. I got online and by the grace of God found William Nebeker, he is with Haven's law. I called on a Thursday, and Will called my son the next day. After speaking with Will my son knew he had found an attorney that was going to really help him out. As we went from court date to court date we got to know Will better and better, he proved what an excellent attorney he is. And also what a fine human being he is. We felt completely safe with Will, we still do. Will did an excellent job and the case turned out very well for my son. Will is now taking care of a custody case for my son. And once again he is doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend William Nebeker if you need an attorney. He goes above and beyond, if you need him he is there to help, and his office staff is awesome! There have been so many times that we were upset and worried about something and all I had to do was call and speak with the office staff. They were always able to help me out. John Allan is the best ever attorney. He helped me through a very bad time, first time I had ever got in any kind of trouble. Living in Colorado, where marijuana is legal, I traveled to Utah on a road trip. Not knowing Utah has very strict drug laws. My bad, but John was just a great attorney for me. He led me every step of the way out of this mess and made it possible for me not to travel back to Utah for court. I really appreciated it. This was my first time ever getting into some trouble with the law. I was charged with tow class B misdemeanor was hard for me and very worrisome but Im glad I found John. John has represented me in 2 cases and the outcome on both was well beyond my expectations. For DUI, there is no one more qualified, informed, honest, and professional than him. He was upfront about my situation, always available to talk or return my calls and the results spoke for themselves. Most recently I was facing a felony DUI charge. It was a slam dunk case for any prosecutor, and the state was asking for prison time. When it came to sentencing, John was able to have my charge reduced to a misdemeanor and I served very little jail.
