Dennis is my husbands defensive lawyer and we are absolutely pleased with the outcomes. He helped dismiss the first DUI case and also a controlled substance case which could’ve resulted in jail time but instead he was given an ankle monitor. Definitely would recommend Dennis!! First an foremost, thankyou Dennis! This man has been fighting for me since day one, defending me, and putting in the work to get things done. My case was a highly unique situation with even more difficult obstacles to handling it, but again, Dennis absolutely tripled any preconceived expectations of success in my favor. I had to put in the work on my end too, but with Dennis there to back me up I was more motivated than ever to do what needed to be done moving forward. He kept me out of prison and has given me a chance to take my life back from substance abuse and seek help for my mental health issues. No experience with Dennis but Richard Gale represented me in 2015. He no-showed twice because he was on vacation, without notice, sending an associate, who was grievously late. As a result, I spent more time in jail than what was recommended by 2 weeks. He did, however, negotiate felonies down to misdemeanors. But the felonies we're trumped-up charges to begin with - poss of transaction cards as I was homeless and found 2 wallets meandering about on and off the frontrunner. The very next morning I was jammed up with police because I passed out from a serious panic attack and a bystander called 911. I was illegally searched and seized from by police, who charged me with felonies for each card within the wallets. Did not use or attempt to use the cards, as I was going to return for a hopeful reward. 5 months and $2500 later . . . Would have been 2 or 1 star but Richard did show to an OCS probation hearing as I did not complete the inpatient treatment program that was a part of my sentence, and did successfully negotiate successful completion of probation at that time.

No jail time and maintained his license. Very respectful and courteous during the process. I would recommend him to anyone that has a impaired driving or DUI charges

You can't get a phone call back ever. He a horrible attorney has to travel far distance for his work. I think that says it all. Save your money and time
