Daniel was excellent to work with! He was great with communication and answered almost every time I called. The times he was unavailable he always got back to me with in a few hours. He was well prepared and very concerned about our situation and the outcome of our case. I would highly recommend him.

Small team, huge impact! They're only just now starting to expand because of their success, but they give you & your case the utmost attention and are relentless in getting you the best results. There were times I felt they "did enough", but they continued to fight and then actually helped double the outcome when I didn't think it was possible. I couldn't recommend them any more.

Mark Flickenger has got to be one of the most friendliest, personable and discerning lawyers I have ever met. I was recommended to him from my chiropractic physician to handle the case. The office ladies are great, personable and some speak Spanish as well. Daniel Woods did an amazing job for me as my divorce attorney. He was a fantastic steward over my money and valued and respected his time and mine. I was involved in what I initially thought was a minor car accident. I was wrong. The impact was minimal from being rear ended but the damage to my body was not. Geico (the other parties insurance) had taken full responsibility and then stated they were not going to cover one penny of it. At this point from the accident I had suffered a concussion, torn my rotator cuff in my right shoulder, had lower back and upper neck pain, and headaches. All from what I initially thought was a minor accident. Zeb was amazing. He kept encouraging me, followed up with me to check my health and healing, and updated me on the progress of the case. As I got better I informed Zeb. He was so happy for me. Geico was still stating they were not going to cover one penny of my expenses. The Law office didn’t flinch and pushed ahead. Fast forward a few more months to me sitting in Zeb’s office signing off on a settlement in which we received the full amount requested. We won!! We won!! We had Great experience with Daniel Woods. Took time to answer all questions very up front didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear just to collect a dollar. We have use many lawyers for the same case over 10yrs and never went anywhere. With Daniel we resolved the issue and now are able to move on.
