That someone is Mark Flickinger. He is qualified, capable, confident and will fight for your best interests. His staff are supreme and articulate. Together they made our lives good again and will always be our heroes.

I'm a Certified Public Accountant, and I've been involved in a number of insurance company disputes during my lifetime. After we were rear-ended on I-15, all members of our family were injured to varying degrees. I consider myself pretty hard-nosed, and I went back and forth with the insurance company for about eight months on my own before retaining Zeb at FSB. The truth of the matter is, an insurance company does not care about you--they don't take you seriously if you don't have an attorney. With Zeb's help, we received about twice as much money as the insurance company said were their final offers. (Almost double even after taking out FSB's fees and costs.) Zeb and his team were responsive and great to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation.
