Mark Flickinger helped us with an automobile accident case. I can't say enough good things about him! He is extremely professional and helpful and got us a fair settlement timely. All of his office staff are also great to work with. If you want to be represented well I'd highly recommend him.

I have nothing but good things to say. I understood nothing of accident claims before speaking with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I to understand everything that was happening with our case. He would call often to update us on the progress.

Mark Flickinger and his staff were my daughter's biggest cheerleaders during her recovery after being severely injured as a passenger in a single car accident in Provo. We live out of state and were visiting Provo when the accident happened. They seamlessly provided legal help over the phone and email. I did not have to worry about any financial or legal matters as I helped my daughter slowly recovery through numerous surgeries and 4 months in a wheelchair. Mark and his staff sent my daughter flowers when they heard she was having yet another surgery. They quickly moved a variety of needs through the insurance/court. They were able to get the maximum settlement for my daughter and also worked with lowering the amount of money that would be reimbursed back to our health insurance through the settlement as well. Mark and his staff made a huge impact on our family. We still keep in touch today via cards, etc. Mark even took time out of his busy schedule to come and celebrate my daughter on her wedding day. We are clients, but became family through this experience. I highly recommend Mark Flickenger and his staff - they will be your biggest support and become family.

5 stars is not enough...the attorneys at Flickinger & Sutterfield know what they're doing. They managed my case on a very professional and friendly way. Fast. Easy. They allowed me to make the decisions, informed decisions, after receiving very detailed information from them, after reviewing our different options. But at the end of the day, I made the decisions. We met 3 times in 12 months, that's what it took them to resolve my case. The first meeting was when I was informed of the possibilities of my case, their fees, and then we signed the contract, All the information on the table. No secrets. No small letters. And no money upfront, of course. The second meeting was when I provided them with all the information they needed. The third and final meeting was to pick up my check. A very good check, let me tell you. More than I expected. What else can I say ?... I would recommend Flickinger & Sutterfield, and most specifically Brett Boulton, any day of the week and twice on sunday...even though they only work Monday thru Friday. Pablo Silveira
