I was in a car accident, and although I tried at first to work on my own with the insurance company of the guy who ran into me, I finally had to ask for professional help from Brett Boulton. I really appreciate how professional Mr. Boulton and his office people are. Their communication was timely, friendly, and helpful.

Best decision ever! My family was involved in a single car rollover where the left rear tire blew. Because the tires had plenty of life left, I felt I needed to pursue the issue. My family met and spoke with several attorneys in the Salt Lake area, We are from Davis County. None of the attorneys in the SL area thought we had a case. I emailed Flickinger & Sutterfield on a whim. Guess what--it was the best decision I have ever made. Well worth the long drive and long distance phone calls. Mark helped us with the insurance aspect along with getting a settlement from the tire manufacturer. Mark was very honest with us and always kept us informed as to the progress whether by email or phone. Because of Mark's knowledge and expertise, he was able to get my family the settlement we deserved.

Don't waste your time with this guy's arrogance and ineptitude. I found Sutterfield to be childish and unprofessional, he went on tirades about quitting when I asked him simple questions regarding my case. My case was straightforward and I feel he mishandled it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Mark Flickinger made my experience almost painless. Legally anyways. I was in a car accident that almost ruined my career, and when I sought compensation for the damages it was a disgrace what the liable parties insurance was offering to "settle" the claim. Mark treated me with the utmost respect and explained anything I had a question about. I'm not law savvy so this really helped me out. Going through the process was much easier with Mark and made the wait worth it. I wouldn't go to any other attorney in the state after this example of professionalism and respect.

Our case was a tough one from the beginning. So for me and my family to have the outcome we did through our Attorney Mark Flickinger, was pretty good.
