I had a very interesting situation and Tim made it a very easy process. I am a father that got custody of my little girl and Tim went through every aspect to help me get my daughter under my wing. I would recommend him to everyone I know-

While I hope to never need a divorce attorney again, I would highly recommend Tim Brown to anyone who needs a fantastic attorney. Tim was always so prompt and had great communication with me. The process was so stressful but Tim eased the stress of it and worked hard to keep the stipulations in my best interest. I never felt like just "another client". Tim was great at really listening and acknowledging me and my situation. I am moving on with a huge thanks to Tim for all of his hard work on my behalf.

Tim won my custody case for me, thats all there is to it! Tim and Moody Brown Law is widly known as being the best family firm in the county, if not state, and did everthing needed to get the case won. A father winning sole custody in Utah County is not an easy thing, it took A LOT of patience and work, but we did it!!! My daughter is so happy now!!! She has that little twinkle back in her eye. Moody Brown Law office had been recommended to me by many friends. I have had the opportunity of working with Tim Brown since June of 2011. He has always been very accessible. If out of the office, responding by email in a timely manner. Even with the finalization of the divorce and months later my questions or concerns are always addressed. His suggestions and recommendations have been invaluable for my future. He cares and strives to achieve the best outcome for his clients. Tim Brown's professionalism, knowledge, and experience of divorce law have been a great asset for me. I would highly recommended Tim Brown to everyone.

Tim Brown has been the worst lawyer I have ever worked with. His overall lack of communication, understanding and professionalism has been an intense disappointment. I would not suggest anyone hire him for representation on any matter. I believe that he has great potential however, it was not exhibited in my case. He did not attend two of my court dates. Luckily, I was at both hearings and was able to represent myself to the Judge. He also waited for months to file the first document, even though he had received funds in the full amount requested. We also had issues in communication within his office help, the fault was always another's fault for an OVERALL lack of communication. In my opinion it seems that not only him, but his employees are ignorant, and are lacking in professionalism and communication.

I paid a fortune for these legal services. After paying over 5,000 in legal fees. I was in the same situation. My mediation was a complete mess and cost me over $250 an hour. My retention was used up before anything was accomplished. I felt very poorly represented. I ended up having to represent myself to get anything done. I don't feel I was well informed of my options. I always dealt with a paralegal, but got billed the same. Unless you can afford to keep forking out thousands and thousands of dollars, you will be put at the bottom of the list and your money will dry up fast. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. When i called to say how I felt, no one even bothered asking why or how they could help. I was sent a final bill, with added charges to discontinue legal advice.
