2018 I got into this car accident, it was horrible. I didn’t know what to do but I was advised to get a lawyer. Thanks to the reviews from Howard Lewis and Petersen I decided they would be a good option to check out.! I can tell you they did not disappoint. My first meeting took all the stress and anxiety I had about handling the case, and after that the whole process has been smooth sail. What I appreciate most about my lawyer Ken is that he is detailed oriented, he explained what would happen, expectations on the case, ran through timelines on about how long things might take, and sought for my best interest. This wasn’t only once though, anytime we talked, it was in detailed! Even though I knew they were busy, they always made me feel like a priority and that made the difference. I am so thankful for them and their team! Also, their paralegal, Alyssa is amazing! and Karen who works at the front desk is the kindest person ever.

After I scheduled a FREE consultation- the staff was 45 min late to our scheduled time. I asked my questions for 30 min and realized this practice was so entrenched in patriarchal support- that I would not be represented fairly in my custody battle. I was then issued an invoice 30 days later for this FREE consultation. I spoke to them and pointed out that not once in our communication did they say if I didn’t hire them my consultation would be charged at $175.00 . If you are a woman - do not use this office !

An honest review on David Lambert and the law firm: I have had a case with Dave for about two years now. No other lawyer in the state of Utah would take it. My mother, before she passed, was desperate when she asked me to ensure that my siblings and I would get her insurance money after she passed. After these two years, Dave finally came through and we were able to come to a settlement with the insurance company. I have never felt more blessed in my life than I did in that moment, and I know my mother will be watching out for him because of this. Even with my father, who has been harassing them (trying to steal money from this insurance when they weren't married), he has stuck by my side and has continued to offer me help even after the court case has been closed. He is fair with the expenses and a very genuine person. He shared background of himself that truly resonated with me, and I know he cares about his clients. I am writing this because I believe my father has written a poor review of him because of this situation, and is not deserved. If you are looking for any lawyer, it's Mr. Lambert. I would personally pay my friends to have him as their attorney. Thank you Dave for all you have done. You have truly made an impact on my family. We will be forever grateful to you. (Maybe not my dad lol. That's what happens when a father tries to steal money from his children)
