BMO Law firm is nothing but the best. I set out to make my dream a reality and found that I needed a waiver of liability. While this isn’t what they typically do at this firm, Daren Barney did. He sat with me and we collaborated and discussed what my youth book club would be doing, they then wrote me a waiver. Don’t hesitate to call BMO Law, you are in great hands. Daren and Charlotte did a fantastic job helping us set up all our estate planning documents. They were accurate, thorough, and very personable throughout. We went in expecting a painful ordeal due to the complexity of our situation, but found that their vast experience and pleasant personalities made the whole process fast and actually enjoyable. As an attorney with an advanced degree in tax law, I wanted someone who understood all the complexities of the current law in this area. Jeff knows exactly what to do in convoluted situations. I wouldn't go to anyone else in Utah for your estate planning needs. He is on the cutting edge and I can't reccomend him highly enough.
