We initiated the process of establishing a family trust. The experience was great. Our attorney, Daren R. Barney, explained every step in detail. He answered every question throughly and provided insight has to how future events could impact our trust. Paralegal Charlotte Meinkey was very helpful and professional. She also was very forthcoming with any information request. Everyone was polite and courteous.

When we moved to St. George area in 1964, we knew we have to update our trust to Utah Laws. We found this law firm and made an appointment. Jeffrey McKenna handled every thing and did a fantastic job. In 2018 my husband passed away, I did not know the trust needed updated again. I assumed all was well, but found out the end of last year I was quite wrong. I called Mr. McKenna and made an appointment. He updated everything and now I am completely up to date on everything. Swenson and Shelley Law firm was really just outstanding. I was in a pretty bad accident where someone had T-boned me and wrecked my car. I suffered some pretty bad injuries to my back, arm, face, and head. Also, I walked away from my wreck with some emotional trauma, but the team did really well in directing me to places that provided the best care in order for me to get as close to 100% health as possible. They walked me through every step of the way and prepared me very well for any court hearings or depositions. They aren’t your average team of lawyers!
