We had been delaying getting our will and trust set up for years. We both felt uncomfortable not knowing or understanding the process and were a little intimidated. From the moment we called to set up the appointment all are fears were put to rest. The best way to describe our experience is we were and are overjoyed. We expected expertise and professionalism what we didn’t expect was the kindness, compassion, hospitality, humility and humor we received from Jeff and his entire staff. We are incredibly grateful for the relief and peace we have now knowing our affairs are in order. We highly recommend Barney McKenna& Olmsted!!

It was a pleasure working with Barney McKenna & Olmstead. Our situation was a difficult one and there was no telling what the outcome would be. Eric Olmstead is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Not only does he provide his input, but he wants and often incorporates input from the client. This means our due diligence to help resolve our situation was welcomed. Going to mediation was stressful but Eric prepped us and then worked extremely well with the Mediator. Again he welcomed our participation directly with the Mediator and provide excellent feedback to us when the Mediator was not in the chat room. While determined to drive the 8 hours to participate in person, Eric suggested the value of virtual participation. This worked out extremely well and precluded a long round trip. Ultimately because of Eric's participation, our real estate issues were resolved in a fair manner and for the most part, were a win-win for both parties which we didn't think was feasible under the circumstances. Also, Ricki Stephens was extremely helpful as the Paralegal guiding us through the process of providing input to Eric along the way. We highly recommend Barney McKenna & Olmstead particularly for residential real estate issues.

He was knowledgeable and informative, yet really relied on our perspectives to come up with all the solutions we wanted for our family's trust. 5 Stars for Sure!

Mr. Barney was very nice and explained the difference between wills and living trusts. We did a living trust and he was very patient explaining all the documents and their purposes before we signed. We are very happy with the services we received..

My father has worked with Jeff for over 20 years, I for the last 4. Jeff and his firm have always had dad's best interest at heart. He is compassionate, fair and above all honest with his clients. Puts their needs first. There were times that the family didn't always agree. Jeff made sure dad's wishes were honored and had to make some tough decisions, bottom line, he did what was best for his client. Living out of state wasn't always easy to get business done, but his office was always there to assist, answer questions and most of all be a sounding board. Great firm and would hire them again if I need to. Only wish he was in Colorado!!! Professional and gets the job done even in trying times. Jeff, Randi and staff are the BEST!!
