Would give less than one star, if possible. Jess and her team were not responsive to my calls/emails for weeks at a time. They made egregious errors in court filings, as well as simple grammatical and spelling errors. The invoicing did not make sense and they charged double and triple what other attorneys were charging. She filed multiple extensions for deadlines, and then lied and blamed the delays on opposing counsel. She filed the wrong type of case with the wrong name in the documents. She agreed to things that I would never have agreed to, and she did not send me copies of many important documents and filings. She made mistake after mistake, so much so that I would have thought she was working for opposing counsel. Jess had positive reviews on superlawyer, but I could never recommend her. I would say RUN to any potential clients.

I would and have recommended Jess and her team to several people in our community they are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I felt supported and heard while going through the process, which allowed me to stay focused on what mattered most, my wellbeing. The amount of case law references that went into my same sex marriage case were undeniably what helped my case. the amount of support they provide in court was outstanding.

A few years ago when my Father's life was taken in an accident, Wil was there to help me. Wil was very professional and yet very compassionate and aware of my feelings during this grieving period. He worked hard and was able to get us the compensation for our loss in a timely manner. I very much appreciate all that he did for me & my family and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has been involved in an accident.

Will is a fantastic person to know. His knowledge and expertise in the field are second to none. We will be working with him in the future.
