Absolutely awesome top tier professional attorneys. They have help me and my business on numerous occasions on many types of different employment law advice, lawsuits and many other facets of running my own company. I have found them to be consummate professionals and experts at the advice that they dispense.
Another very important aspect is communication. They are excellent in responding to questions and concerns.
They work diligently for both sides of the employment spectrum. I am a company owner but I have been present when they are working just as hard to defend an employee of some company who has had something not right happen in their employment.
This is a thriving practice, a little hard to find so I have included photos. But you will not go wrong trusting your employment case with this firm. They are well respected among their peers. And work to resolve in the best possible way your needs.
If you ever need an employment attorney and you are in Utah or Idaho, you have found them!

There are few types more unpleasant than a pompous suburban lawyer. Meet Jonathan Joker Thorne. Vermont Law School has clearly failed to educate Mr Thorne in such intricacies of human behavior as keeping his appointments and showing basic courtesy to his clients. The plebeians who did not attend this elite institution must learn that finishing a cup of coffee is a sacrosanct act when the hand holding the cup belongs to an erudite legal scholar such as Mr Thorne. Nothing is to disturb the sacred ceremony, least of all a client. Mr Thorne rigorously adheres to this maxim, keeping the exact timing of his appearance a deep mystery. This is to make sure that an appropriate distance is established in the relationship; it wouldn't do to have the client think that his time is as valuable as the exalted lawyer's. Perish the thought! All hail and bend knee for Mr Thorne, the modern Cicero!

This pertains to Lauren Scholnick,
If you read about this attorney you will note how she started defending the underdog when she was in school. Well we can always write about ourselves and how good we are and what we represent to what we believe about ourselves.
But the reality about this attorney is that she is not only interested in money but she believes that she is better than anyone else, money first then we talk, this is done in a kirt and smug way, treat him or her like everyone else pay the fee first then get your time with her.
The entire portrayal of her younger days is either a dream or something she made up so you will go in and talk to her with your hard earned cash or credit card. Her ethics and portrayal of her self exemplified themselves to me when I asked for her help, I was appalled.
I was insulted and angry because I was referred to see her by another Attorney whom I believed to be honorable that she knows. If this is the kind of attorney you want, well then this is the one of your dreams good luck to ya and hope that you have deep pockets.
I contacted the referring attorney and was told how sorry they were. Hopefully the other attorneys of this firm are not like that. The lady that answered and relayed for Scholnick sounded like she didn't like what she was saying to me. I could say more but why waste my time, Ive said enough.

Bad experience from the beginning. The person answering the phone was rude from the outset. She wouldn't let me speak about my case, and when I suggested that the really good firms in town DO NOT CHARGE for the initial consultation, she only said that they were the best in the state (very tall claim and would love to hear what the other really good firms in the state have to say about that) and if I didn't like the paid consultation I should use one of those other firms and hung up on me. Really? Good idea madam! Ironically, that was the only useful piece of info I got. I called many other firms, most of whom were very accommodating, and all led me to great counsel who knows what they are doing.
