Dain Smoland was more than I could ask for in an attorney. He made me feel like my concerns were important! I feel like when dealing with the court system you want someone that is able to explain things to you and complete things in a timely manner so that your future is not hanging in limbo. Dain Smoland was able to do that. He was timely, friendly and never made me feel like I was getting charged for time that was not actually spent on me. The outcome of my legal concerns went better than I could have hoped for. He never struck me as someone that is just in it for the money. He seems to be passionate about what he does and care about the people he is representing. I highly recommend him!

Ann Marie Taliaferro with Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat is the most professional and excellent lawyer that I can speak of. She has helped my family three times for issues with my children. I worked with Mike Holje and found him to be kind and responsive to questions I had. I didn't receive a great outcome, but I think that is due to the way laws/statutes in Utah are written and passed rather than Mike's ability/knowledge as a lawyer. I would recommend Brown, Bradshaw & Moffet.

After getting into some legal trouble I searched Salt Lake for some legal advice. I came in to Brown Bradshaw and Moffat where they reviewed my case. With their help, especially Mike Holje, I got my sentence reduced and a reduced court fee. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.
