Dain went above and beyond my expectations and got me the results I needed for an unconstitutional checkpoint charge. I am very thankful that he took me on as his client and am more than confident in his ability to succeed as a lawyer for anybody who needs him. Grant answered my phone call right away. I am from Texas and had many questions. He told me how much it would cost to take my case and as well gave me the option to try to take care of it myself with very thorough consulltation as to how I should go about it all. Very informative.

Dain is communicative and attentive. I was impressed with how the processed flowed while it convienently allowed me to be free of presence as I was in another state at the time studying for school. If you need a lawyer, call Smoland Law. He isn't the cheapest lawyer out there. His service and knowledge of the law are 2nd to none. He will actually fight for you. That's important.
