The case I had involved a traffic ticket, as a CDL holder, our license is our livelihood. I originally thought, “great, this is going to be nightmare” in terms of trying to fight the ticket. But it wasn’t and it’s all thanks to Smoland Law. Dain Smoland made something that I thought was going to be a major headache, nothing more than just a bad day. He takes the time to listen and thoughtfully explains in detail, what the process will be like, even as specific as what the payment options could be. He was very upfront with what to expect and no matter how many questions I had, or concerns, he would take the time to listen and explain. Not only was my case dismissed, it was resolved quickly from start to finish. It has truly been a pleasure to work with someone that cares about people.

Jim is a very dear friend and was awesome in his arguments at the drivers license hearing and his performace in court was absolutely incredable, the $1500 I paid was well worth the money!
