I was pulled over by UHP in Tooele County, Utah in March of 2017, leading to several misdemeanor possession counts of marijuana. As a California resident and student, as well as a prior record, I was extremely woeful of my situation. I called Smoland Law and spoke to Dain. He explained to me the best course of action. If I had questions, Dain would respond within the day. A few months later, I received an email from Dain, letting me know that my case had been dismissed. Without the valuable services of Dain (other attorneys wanted 2-5x the cost of Smoland Law), my life could have turned out very different.
