I was absolutely impressed! Joshua Lucarini took the case, and one day later, we had a settlement offer. He wanted to go to trial and knew we could win, but the settlement saved us time and money. I can’t sing his praises enough. I would definitely use Joshua should the need ever arise.

From the beginning of this process we had a different lawyer and then after it was not going like how it should have been, we started searching for another one and when I found Lawyer Cuevas office in Salt Lake City, we decided to give it a try. It was not the easiest process to go through, especially worrying about everything everyday. This is going to be a strange review, but we we are with a different a different immigration firm. They have been terrible. We have been waiting 2 and a 1/2 years for any kind of movement on my wife's immigration status peryou shouldn't stand us. We have a baby together. They let my wife's work permit expire and not renew it. It's been a mess. It's been frustrating. Today I called in and spoke with Susana. In 15 minute phone call, she gave me 3 things that I can do to get things moving. She sent me the links to all of them. And she didn't charge me anything for the information.
