I’d like to take this opportunity to give a special thanks to Mrs. Isabel and her team for walking me through my naturalization process. I had been hesitating to send my application for a few years because of the array of many traffic violations and one minor misdemeanor. I wasn’t sure how it would affect my “good moral character” requirement. Also I didn’t know how and what exactly to disclose in the criminal history questions on my application. Fortunately, in August 2020 I decided to ask the Law Office of Isabel Cueva for help. Isabel convinced me I shouldn’t have been worried about my case. Their fees seemed to be reasonable, considering I didn’t want to risk the rejection of my application due to my criminal history. A few days after I contacted Isabel, my N-400 was ready and submitted to USCIS. Later on, when I was scheduled for a naturalization interview, Isabel prepared me for it, and even offered assistance during the interview. There weren’t any additional or hidden charges. I only paid the amount which was agreed on at the time of signing the contract. The Timeline: 08/21/2020: N-400 was submitted 05/10/2021: Naturalization Interview 07/24/2021: Oath Ceremony I applied for my US passport book and passport card immediately after the ceremony. Social Security Administration offices are still closed and they require all supporting documents to be mailed in. I didn’t want to risk losing my Certificate of Naturalization or passport book to be lost so I spent only $30 on the passport card which also serves as proof of citizenship. It took SSA only two weeks to mail back all the documents and update my citizenship status in their database.

My family and I could not be more grateful for Isabel Cueva and her team, including senior paralegal Susana Maldonado. Throughout the whole process they were transparent with explaining all details, reassuring, and always very responsive.
