We had a great experience with Jim! We was very professional and thorough as he was walking us through our trust documents.

Very poor service by this law firm! I cannot recommend the attorney and the law firm. They would not respond to requests to show my family the accounting as they were settling my mother's estate. They took the large majority of the cash settlement of the estate. If you use this law firm, get it in writing if they will give you an accounting along the way for their cost and/or what they charge for things like they charged us when they made a mistake but my family was required to cover the loss.

I am beyond impressed with Jim at Alder Law Group. Him and Ireland both over 2-3 calls answered many of my NFA gun trust questions and helped me get the record straight on what is and isnt a good idea when structuring a good NFA trust. When I scheduled to complete the trust with Jim, he spent another 2 hours walking me through all the details, nuances, and things that I need to be mindful of (ATF rules). I am glad I got the NFA trust and am looking forward to putting it to use.

Jim Alder is not only very professional and knowledgeable, he is also very relatable, kind, soft spoken and genuine. I have severe PTSD and also have a Service Dog and he made me feel relaxed not anxious and my Service Dog was welcomed. Beau... where do I start? I appreciated Beau the moment I met him. I had a very complex case and was worried that I would get another run of the mill attorney who would give me all the sweet answers I wanted to hear. Mostly because I had hired one attorney already who basically took $8k from me and did little to no work on my case and left me in the position where I was still seeking another attorney. I wasn't going to just hire the next guy. Beau didn't feed me crap and I cannot even tell you what a breath of fresh air that was. Although some of the answers I hated, I appreciated more because it meant I could take a deep breath and live in the reality that I was talking to a professional who knows the law and is telling me this for a reason. I can't live in "lala" land forever. I was seeking an attorney as a criminal defense attorney for my husband. I unfortunately, was the victim in the case. I felt stuck, alone and like no one had heard me up until this point. Not as the victim and not as a human. Beau was listening. He understood my goal from the beginning and understood that even though my case was complex he was willing to do what needed to be done (within the law of course) to make that goal happen. He threw a few of the ideas out because they were not realistic. Do NOT let the consultation fee scare you away. It is worth every penny. There is no timer sitting on the desk waiting to go off. He will discuss the case with you until you feel satisfied with the answers that are given. I appreciate that. I hired Beau and the firm once I knew they were not just in it to make a quick buck and I knew they were being realistic with Mr. I could trust that an attorney had my best interest at heart, like a friend would and I didn't actually have to question whether the motive of my own attorney was to "win" a case. Beau was always extremely prompt when I emailed and asked a million and ten questions, and yes... I did have a million and ten! I never had an issue wondering if I would get a reply. If you are looking for an attorney who will do what is best for you, be honest, not take your money and run. Hire this guy! He truly cares and if he felt like he couldn't help you, he would tell you. Who wouldn't appreciate that! Thanks Beau for making me finally feel at peace with my case!
