I was hit by a driver that ran a red light. I was severely injured and did not know where to start. I was weary of calling an attorney based on a commercial but they were the first attorney that i called that responded quickly. This was my first experience with filing a lawsuit and i was pleasantly surprised with the process. Their courier service was incredible and convenient. Their rates were very reasonable. Michelle kept me informed on the process and they were very knowlegable in the process of my case and all of the red tape involved. Above all else, however, was that on the very first call that i had with Michelle, she made me feel like a human that was struggling. She was kind. She was empathetic, she was clear in every step of the process that it would be hard and acknowledged that it would be frustrating but that she would do everything that she could to make the process as seamless for me as possible. AND SHE DID. This whole messy ordeal was ten times easier with her in my corner. I do not know how i would have made it through without this office. They have all been amazing advocates. They offered me a safe place to fall when i felt that my uncertainty was taking over and i will forever be grateful to them for their expertise and their efforts in helping me acquire everything that i needed to begin again with a fair settlement in my pocket. Thank you, thank you.

Unfortunately, I was involved in an Auto-Pedestrian accident. With all the medical bills piling up, and the auto insurance pressuring me to settle, it was just too much for me to handle on my own. I called Robert J. Debry where I met with Steve Sullivan. He was so understanding and reassured me that they would be able to help me. It was a very long and grueling 3 1/2 years but Steve never once pressured me to settle until I was ready. He always made me feel at ease and was always there to answer my several hundred questions!
