I've had an excellent experience with Robert J. Debry. Bryce Kartchner was an excellent attorney to work with. He really knew his stuff. He is very easy to work and talk to and has an exceptional work ethic. He was very prompt and speedy with returning my calls and always kept excellent communication.

If it were possible to give them no-stars, I would. When I called in to give my information and hopefully get an appt, the receptionist transferred me to a completely different law firm who then tried to transfer me back; then the receptionist sent me to a different wrong law firm again! After 30 mins of wrong transfers, I finally got to talk to a paralegal who told me they wouldn't take my case but she was sure there were other law firms who would. When I asked for a recommendation for one she said "Try Google or the phone book, there's tons of advertising." Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional!

Although I can not go into details, I do not know what I would have done without Robert J DeBry, and specifically Nancy Mishmash, and Lori Harper. I didn't have any money to put down, but these good people took my case and in less then 2 years the case is over. They stayed in contact with me and anytime I called if I was to talk to someone at that moment they ALWAYS called back. Sometimes it was late in the day or first thing the next day, but I do not recall ever waiting more then that to talk to someone. There were occasions that I called just to say "have we heard anything?" and never once did they seem upset or bothered that I had called. If I ever again need a lawyer Robert J DeBry will be the first call I make!
