My for profit organization was struggling financially. Ensign Peak was able funnel my assets through a morally bankrupt non-prophet organisation that saved me an insane amount of money on taxes.
If you need to hide assets, launder money, skirt tax laws and have no moral compass I highly recommend this company!!

I actually admire the church's ability to turn $12B into $100B in only 22 years. Especially since the Ensign Peak Advisors account was heavily invested in mortgage-backed securities in 2008-2009 and took a drawdown of ~30% of the entire account value in one year!
What I don't admire is being told to "be honest in my dealings with my fellow man" and then I read all pages of this IRS whistleblower case and I see this 2007 IRS Form 990-T = (Box C) Book Value of ALL assets at end of year. Roger Clarke affirmed under penalty of perjury that the book value of EPA was $1M for 2007. What was the actual value of EPA in 2007? $38B. He reported a value that was 38,000 times too small. To put this in terms simple folk like me can understand, imagine if the value of all of my assets was $3,800,000 but I told the IRS in my tax return that the value of all of my assets was $100. He did the same for all of the following years as well.
Oh and my church keeps wanting a pat on the back for donating $40M/year for charitable causes. Is $40M better than zero? Absolutely! But let's put this in perspective for a moment. This year, they gave 0.0004% of their money to charitable causes. That's 4/10,000ths of one percent of what they actually had all along! I was trying to grasp this with my simple mind, and the figures were too astronomical to be tangible for me, so I grabbed my calculator. I get paid an $80,000 annual salary, and if I gave $32 TOTAL in one year to a charitable organization, then the fiscal relationship between $80,000 and my $32 gift is the EXACT SAME PERCENTAGE as the fiscal relationship between the church's $100B EPA fund and their $40M in charitable donations annually. Would anyone give me a high five for donating $32 in a calendar year? This is my point.
I'm being treated by my own church like I'm stupid. So what, when the Savior comes again we're going to give him the routing information to a $1 Trillion treasury account so he can complete his work? One trillion is not an exaggeration with how this account is compounding now.
