I could have the worst credit in the world that it would take an act of God a real miracle to fix and if he came down from heaven himself and told me the only way I can repair it was with this company. I'd rather live out the rest of my life in a cardboard box 📦, just because I asked Sarah to give me a call back and let me think about it she threw everything in my face. After telling me at the beginning of the call I am being recorded and I'm under no obligation til I sign, she told me let's face it you Don't pay bills on time, I procrastinate, hope no one produces my ideas before me and honestly she won't be calling me back! I'm sorry this is the unprofessional attorney office I'm supposed to spend how much money with monthly. I've had their services years ago and trust me nothing to write home about. do it yourself or check out YouTube tutorials it's free. Ive done it so many times. Another company set me up talk to them.Those of you, who have read all my surveys you know I would not lie to you! They've really helped me to build my credit and to get things off my credit that shouldn't be there . Great company .

My dad called these guys to fix his credit.. he's older and struggles to understand a lot of how the world works now. they signed him into a month contract even though, there was nothing they could fix. as my dad simply forgot to pay his bills before I took them over for him. I started seeing strange charges against his debit card.. a free credit report, but charge him 16+ bucks through a 3rd party. I got them on the phone.. but you can only seem to get someone from India.. who literally wants his social, address and full name etc.. everything you need to steal his identity.. and they couldn't even tell us if he was locked into any actual agreements. I informed the rep from India we are cancelling any involvement with them as they don't feel or seem to have a local presence. I don't trust this company.. and I will be shutting them down anywhere they pop up again.

I hired this company to help raise my credit score with little to no help. All my debts are paid in full so all they needed to do was write a letter to these companies to take the negative payments off. It took them 5 months to do this simple process. I've tried reaching out through there messaging system to find its a computer generating system with zero help. When I finally got to talk to a live person they said they were in the process of getting the letters out. Now 5 months later, 5 payments later I'm still in the same situation I was in before. My phone app they had me install hasn't had any activities because obviously there not working on my case and now it's a blank screen. I give this company a 0 of of 5 stars. Save your money because this company will not raise your score just lower your back account. I will be canceling tomorrow because they don't work on Mondays.
