Did not remove anything in almost 4 months and try to change me when I decide to cancel the account

Hi! 3 years ago I was submitted a banckcrupcy regarding of a divorce. I thought it was the end of my financial stability in my life forever. I heard about several negative things about how to fix a credit with some companies, so I was a little scared of taking a step forward to fix my credit. I decide to make a reseach about some companies and I found Lexington Law. Since I call the first time the personel was very professional and knowlegable. I explain all my situation and I received real 100% responses about my case. Since the first month comes up I received notifications about the process and see changes. I am more than happy with Lexington Law and I really recommended.

Wack - took money from multiple accounts after I closed the account because it WAS NOT helping my credit they scam through house searches & loans telling u your credit isn’t good enough and you need help lol

Excellent customer service and credit repair also insurance that are offered as a member depending on package received it’s a great offer if your looking for both or just one of these services. I highly recommend!

This was a HORRIBLE Experience. If you ever are speaking to Liz, don't ask her to slow down or let you read documents for yourself because she will take offense immediately. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. I told her I wanted to cancel the transaction and she told me I would be charged anyhow and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and surprisingly enough there were no managers there or they wanted an explanation of why I was calling before they would transfer me. I BETTER NOT BE CHARGED. Very disappointed with this company.
