Do not waste your time! We spent 6 months working with this team on a medical malpractice lawsuit, at which point, they decided not to take the case. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call, but instead had a contracted nurse practitioner make the call. Her excuses were “surgery is risky” and because we live in Nevada, it would require that the case go to federal court. I don’t believe either of those things. If that was the case, why would it take so long to reach that conclusion? Medical malpractice has a 2 year statute of limitations in Utah and they have just wasted a bunch of that time. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

What a JOKE, do not do their own research and when you supply yours, they do not pay attention and name the wrong person! When you ask to speak to them and make an appointment, they fire you and tell you you were unprofessional. Did not know I was supposed to be the professional. . Started out with Sigfried & Jenson and was given to them with out any warning. Then offered to give all my info to another attorney, info that I gave them, WHY SHOULD I TRUST THAT?????????

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. They were extremely helpful from the beginning till the end. We felt well taken care of. My daughter will have better life quality thanks to your help! Thank God.

Very disappointed, now I know why they have lower stars, they don't care about the client, all they are worried about is how much money THEY will get t.. if your lawsuit isn't going to be over a million then they won't even talk to you.. .. waist of my time..
