Our experience with Younker Hyde Macfarlane, PLLC was easy & stress-free. We filed a Wrongful Death suit in late 2020 & was settled out of court in late 2022. The people we worked with, Brittney Bohne, McKay Corbett, & John MacFarlane were very professional & explained everything from start to finish. This team did an outstanding job of representing our interests. I would not hesitate to recommend this law firm to handle any legal problems, questions, lawsuits, etc. John MacFarlane was very good at obtaining a fair & equitable settlement on our behalf.

Younker Hyde Macfarlane made it easier to navigate a difficult time in my life. They were professional and attentive to any questions that I had. McKay Corbett was the attorney that I primarily worked with. He explained things in a way that I could easily understand and was very personable. Younker Hyde Macfarlane made me feel like family and that I was being taken care of.

Great compassion and professionalism from John Macfarlane and everyone at YHM, in taking care of us with the medical malpractice claim. Took years (through the challenges and delays of Covid years), but we chose the right team and the result was what we all needed.

Not impressed at all , they said they will take my case wasted my time and then their nurse refused to take it , and would not tell me the exact reason I think she was just discriminating

I was refered to them so far so good from my understanding they are succesful at helping their clients

Super unfortunate these folks were unable to help me! However they were super professional and extremely good at communicating through the process. They were unable to help me with a side matter that needed to be taken care of before I could move forward with my case. It was something they had never seen and don't have attorneys in house to take care of for me. I must say I understand, because to find somebody to take care of this matter I had to call numerous attorneys before I found one that would even take it on, it's a very rare matter. So no fault to Younker Hyde Macfarlane at all on that matter. My plan to return to them to proceed with with the possible malpractice lawsuit however the attorney I found to handle the secondary matter is also going to proceed with the possible malpractice lawsuit. However these folks were great about the whole thing and answered all my questions I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a malpractice attorney. I sure hope I never have to hire a malpractice attorney but if I do these folks will be my first call!

Younker Hyde Macfarlane, I can't say enough good things about this firm. Me and my 2 brothers lost our mother, due to the negligence of other people and would give anything to have her back. That said we were prompted by the surgeon that tried very hard to save her to file a law suit. Our mom was a healthy person and after watching her suffer horribly with sepsis after having a back operation, my brothers and I decided to take that surgeons advice and hire Younker Hyde Macfarlane. It has been several years now and we finally finished our journey with them and I could not be more happy with the choice we made to use this law firm. They have continually encourage us, believed in us and made us actually feel cared for and protected. They kept us informed on every little thing they did and every decision that was made. This law firm was not about the money they were going to make off of us, but the concern they had for the death of our mother. After watching my rather healthy Mother suffer horribly through the rabid effects of turning septic after a back operation due to the negligence of a care facility. As a family we decided to hire Yonker Hyde Macfarlane to help influence the behavior of facilities like this one from poor care of loved ones such as our sweet mother. We were referred to them by a surgeon and felt if he was willing to refer us he must must think quite highly of this Law Firm. We could not be more pleased. More from the aspect of feeling like these attorneys were part of our family. At least thats how we felt was the level of genuine concern for our family.
