I hired this law firm to take on my medical malpractice case. I was impressed to say the least in so many ways. I was a paralegal for family law in the past and I know how busy law offices can be. I know that at many firms, you can easily be put on the back burner leaving you completely in the dark and uninformed about the status of your case. This never happened to me with Younker and Hyde, McFarland and attorneys John and Ricky. If I called and the person on the other line didn't have the answer to my question, they made sure they found it. I think the best thing I have to say about this company is they are honest and they have integrity which is so hard to find anymore. Thank you so much for your hard work and getting things taken care of so quickly!

My mother was sent home from the ER three times being told she was fine and it was just a migraine headache. To having her pass away a week later because of bleeding in her head.. if this is not malpractice case not sure what is. I gave Younker Hyde Macfarlane the case they sat on it for 6 months just to tell me it was to complex for them. I would think all malpractice cases are complex.

Make sure NOT TO USE a search engine when researching for other Malpractice "Attorneys" because it will redirect the request to Younker MacFarlane and Danielle McCombs, their Intake Specialist Supervisor will send you a very snotty email reminding you of "why" they are not taking your case. Apparently this firm it is the only choice in SLC, UT. We have a malpractice case that the firm ruled out as, "symptoms are not consistent." Even FDA recognize the side effects damage. So, if they cannot feel your pain; you don't have a case. Look some place else. We waited a year to squeeze an answer from them. That's how slow they are. I am seeking State Legislation to try stopping this medication to cripple other's people lives,

They were very professional and timely when it came to getting back to us when we had questions. There were some communication issues from new hires and people in training but was quickly resolved
