When we get along in years by necessity we must become dependent on others to keep us safe and well. We gave just such trust to one of our doctors who apparently did not take this obligation as seriously as we hoped for. His callous and flippant care caused us pain and fear. They took my case and sat on it for an entire year before they finally started looking at it. Then they decided to drop my case because they claimed they couldn't find an expert witness. Really? I found one after about 1 hour of looking. They wasted a year of my statute of limitations. I would call that unprofessional.

They worked on my wife's case for almost two years and called and tsaid there expert said we didn't have a case. I strongly advise to chk them out before getting them now statue of limitations is up and my wife is still very sick

They won't take my case because they said it would take too long, but I guess it's ok that I had to suffer for over 2 yrs because of a Dr not listening to me and overmedicating me, causing many health problems that could have been avoided. I guess they only want the easy cases

I first visited the firm completely exhausted, emotional, and seeking justice after having been through a mother's worst nightmare. When my twin brother passed away unexpectedly I found myself in a pretty bad place. Since I was out of State I didn't know who to ask for help. I needed to find someone and luckily I found Younker, Hyde & Macfarlane. John Macfarlane and all of the other staff and legal assistants at the office were great. It took time but they were able to find answers and to get to a settlement that worked.
