This place was great! They matched me with the perfect attorney to help me handle my case. Kyle Hoskins was a life saver for me. He listened, asked questions and gave me sound advice during our free consultation. Within a few minutes I could tell he was seasoned when it came to Utah state laws. My case was a landlord/ tenant dispute where I was the tenant. Having just moved here from Missouri, I was very worried because I didn't know the law, just that I was taken advantage of by a landlord. Even before I got off the phone with Kyle I was at ease. I know attorneys have bad reputations sometimes, but Kyle is the epitome of what every attorney should strive to become. He is not in it for the money, he is truly out to help the community achieve justice. Of course it doesn't hurt that he is very good at what he does.

I called and scheduled a consult for a slander/defamation case and I was asked to pay for the consult up front. I went ahead and did that and then I decided I couldn’t afford it and needed a refund for the time being, with the intention of calling back to schedule when I was able to. Tamara took my payment and when I asked to be refunded the same day, she told me she couldn’t do it that the fee is non refundable. I was NEVER told that this was non refundable and that I didn’t have the option to get my money back. I paid $200 for a 30 minute consult. Had this been a smaller fee, I’d let it go but it’s not and the way I was treated was super unprofessional. I don’t recommend you calling this place unless you are ready to throw your money away.

I had my consultation with Michael and he was great! I was worried that 30 minutes would not be enough time, but he was able to answer my questions very thoroughly. I could tell he was looking out for my bests interest.

They'll see you. But take the money and run. I suggest finding a lawyer that doesn't charge for consultations. the place isn't even BBB accredited, so 1st flag there. 2nd flag is the consultation time you sign up for. like, can't they filter out consultations online so people don't waste their hard, earned money in a room with someone who only tells you "Nope, we can't help you". 3rd flag is obviously not being BBB accredited. If you can't file a complaint about their business practices, then ??? The review system is obviously being filtered. My last review was automatically swiped off the internet and was claimed as spam. So, use correct spelling and grammar, punctuation etc. or else it'll be removed immediately.
