If you're reading these reviews to find out if Carlos is the right guy for you, I'd consider yourself lucky you've found him. My husband and I were appointed Carlos when we hired his previous firm in 2015. Carlos guided us every step of the way through a very lengthy i601 process. He did every single thing right that lead us to where we are today, we couldn't have done it without him. It took a lot of time and determination but he successfully brought my husband back from Brazil in 2019 and we couldn't be happier with what he's done for us. Thank you again Carlos, we still owe you one. ;)
