Court appointed attorney Bradley Schofield for DUI class b misdemeanor, Bradley upgraded it to a class a misdemeanor and said I should just take the plea deal. Didn't want to do his job, represent me, or return my calls. If you ever get Mr Schofield as a attorney, do yourself a favor and fire him immediately and get someone who will actually do their job.

Bradley was awesome! He took a old 17 year misdemeanor case and turned it into a small fine and no jail time! In fact It turned out that the court owned me money,and he got that too! Bradley you are the man!! Thank you so much!! I totally recommend Bradley for your attorney! He gets the job done! And done well!!!!!!!!!

Brad's one of the best lawyers I've ever known. He's focused and concise, and left no stone unturned. After a couple of hearings it was amazing that my consequences was minimum as they could be. His decades of experience are just one of the many things I appreciate it about him. He handles himself well and he knows the laws and the courts inside out. Thank you Brad!

Smart Schofield Shorter has a deal with Primerica Legal Services's Legal Shield, where a fee of $27 a month is payed and the client gets limited legal help. One of these services is a last will and testament. Smart Schofield Shorter's representative that was assigned to me on the will, didn't care to help. On 2 occasions we had a 2 hour window where the representative was to give me a call. I got the automated notification on the Legal Shield app that I was about to be contacted, and received no phone call. When calling the office to get this taken care of, the receptionist was very kind but could only set up another appointment with the same representative. Poor Customer Service.

Working with Brad was great. He will be there for you and provide excellent counsel. My case was not simple and involved multiple reviews of videos, evidence, and police reports. Brad worked hard to create a solution that avoided multiple court proceedings. Brad is experienced, hard working, and will relentlessly strive to create solutions for his clients.

Used this law office through a LegalShield service. Spoke with attorney Jeff Shorter and he was terrible. Very rude, talked over me multiple times and refused to help me with a situation I was involved in. It’s totally ok to not be able to help, but to be disrespectful and rude is unacceptable. Do not recommend

I was involved in an accident which left me beyond stressed without any options of making it better. I called Smart Schofield Shorter thinking my options would be limited until I spoke with Brad. Mr. Schofield didn’t hesitate to represent me and immediately began the process. From start to finish everything was taken care of as explained. Stress free and very informative experience I would highly recommend.

Predatory law office. Steer clear.

We have been using them to do probate for my Mom's estate from Nov. and it is now Mar. We have no idea if the forms have been submitted. We call and email multiple times and get no response. I feel like my family or my mother who was a LegalShield member are getting anything but their best attention. Would not recommend for anything.
