About 6 months into my case, I had a court hearing that Nemelka didn't even show up for. There wan't much movement on my case until that time but it was only the 2nd hearing. I should have seen it coming as I couldn't get them to return phone calls or emails and then I finally had to show up at their office unannounced before getting any attention. They were very responsive up till the point that they got my $5,000 retainer... Even that is outrageous! Who can afford that? So I put down my retainer and Nemelka Lawyer immediately went silent. Following the hearing they didn't show up to I got little more attention and finally fired them and found another lawyer. I'm still trying to get over $2,000 back from them. I basically got little to nothing in exchange for $5,000 bucks. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to represent your interests.
