Heather and Julie do their best to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end while Todd orchestrates a plan ensuring your best interests. Be prepared with questions. How does your process work, do I have to use your doctors, etc. Quoting Todd in the midst of my frustration: “We are on your side.” This simple phrase reminded me of why I chose Siegfried and Jensen. Living through an automobile accident is traumatic enough; knowing you have someone on your side who will litigate when an insurance company offers you a “crappy deal,” you’re literally a phone call away from having your life impacted for the better; I did.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was hurt in a bad auto accident with an uninsured driver was seriously hurt. Not only did they get me what they said they would. It was far more than they said in the first place. Resh, Nate and the team took care of me from day one. I didn’t have to worry about if my medical bills would all get paid or if I would be able to recover any lost wages. I’m so impressed with them. If I ever need a lawyer again I will be calling these guys! Excellent service all around. Very friendly people too.
