Siegfried & Jensen Has been nothing but amazing from the start of my accident to the end of the process. They were helpful , clear , and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They put my needs first and took care of everything. Ryan Manning and team took care of me and everything I needed. They called in frequently to make sure I was doing good health wise and if there is anything I need to get back to 100% health. They kept me regularly updated to let me know what’s going on in my case. 5 of out of 5 stars. They put your health first and take care of the rest. All I needed to worry about is getting my body back to 100% and that’s it. Highly recommended!!!!

When I reached out to them on the day of the car accident they sent someone out. I'm so grateful that I had Luke Peterson, Nick Foster, and Stanley there to fight the battles!! At first it only appeared that I had broken ribs, but the pain in my spine persisted & pelvis persisted.. they SIEGFRED & JENSEN called and made arrangements for an MRI of my spine..The radiologist and Dr in the small community where I live overlooked an extremely serious injury to my spine. Another Dr. ordered a CT SCAN on my kidney, the first question he asked was had I been in a car accident or had something heavy fall on my spine? He showed me the CT SCAN and explained that my spine had been destroyed and I would end up a PARAPLEGIC if I didn't have surgery immediately.. I made the call to Luke and told him what I'd been told. Luke, Nick, and Stanley, found me o ne of the best tramau spine surgeons, and held my hand as I went through a scary and painful surgery.. When the bill collectors were knocking on my door, they were there to fight & deal with them.. The other party was 100% at fault. When thier insurance adjuster tried to play games they picked the wrong attorneys to play with ....NICK AND LUKE DON'T PLAY GAMES. THEY TAKE AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS LIKE THEY WOULD THIER FAMILY. Even with all the COVID-19 Lockdown, they worked on my case and NICK FOSTER , LUKE PETERSON AND STANLEY KEPT ME INFORMED, CHECKED ON ME ALMOST EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM OR HOW GRATEFUL I AM TO THEM.. WHAT I CAN TELL YOU IS THAT YOU NEED TO HIRE SIEGFRED & JENSEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ACCIDENT YOU WERE INJURED IN..EVEN WHEN THE INJURIES DONT SEEM LIKE MUCH. THEY ARE 100% HONEST AND UPFRONT FROM THE START TO FINISH!!! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR TAKING CARE OF EVERYTHING AND HOLDING MY HAND ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE END. Great 1st Time customer service, but no follow up, no information until 1 week later. Won't take my case because there over scheduled, under staffed.
