December 12, 2022, I was heading home from the pharmacy in my electric wheelchair, I crossed the street and was struck by an oncoming SUV, I was severely injured, the police who made the report tried to say I was jay walking even though I was crossing from corner to corner on a street. I didn't know what to do, my aunt had me call Siegfried and Jensen, I'm so glad I did! They handled everything, and I got a large settlement. Thank you Siegfried and Jensen!

I called for a free case review and the gentleman I spoke with said to expect a call back within the next 24 hours. 24 hours came and went. I called back and a lady told me that I should hear from someone soon. I was never given the opportunity to provide any details about my case and never heard back from anyone.

Please fire your "intake specialist" paralegal whatever you want to call them. You all probably have no idea how much money you've actually missed. I was overdosed in September at an ER in Utah with an opioid. I was given the antidote by the very ER 12 hours later after seizure, and dropping heart rate and blood pressure. Both the EMT and Hospital staff intentionally misdocumented to make the outcome more desirable for them, but ultimately had to administer the reverse agent to that overdosed. This was documented. I have since not been able to regain full strength and have lost wages and suffered anxiety as well as my children from watching me almost die and sitting in a hot vehicle for hours after the hospital prematurely released me. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION proving all of this and camera footage from the location I sat in for 12 hours and almost died can be pulled. I also told them before even leaving that something was wrong. Your intake specialist labeled this a "small case" against a billion dollar Hospital chain. FIRE THEM. THEY are NOT YOUR FRIENDS. LOL
