Attentive and throrough. Nikole took care of everything for me, and kept me up to date on the very step of the process.

The whole team was super helpful and patient. Went over what the process would be like and walked me through everything I had to do while they did all the hard work. Kept me up to date and so nice when checking in. Answered all my questions and even though it was stressful having to go through this process after a crash they made it simple and would recommend them to anyone. First time I had to go through this and didn’t know what to expect but in the end glad I went with S&J.

Taylor, chase y los asistentes no tienen ni la más mínima idea de atención al cliente, el caso de mi esposa tuvo todas y cada una de las complicaciones debido a la negligencia de esas personas, mi esposa tuvo un cambio de vida drástico y estas personas solo tuvieron una actitud déspota y sin ninguna ética laboral para resolver sus necesidades, la reputación de esta forma solo está quedándole en sus fundadores porque con empleados como estos y asistentes que ni sus correos son capaces de revisar entonces podrán sacar sus conclusiones, capaciten con más MEMBER SERVICE EXPERIENCE a su staff, a ver si de esa manera aprenden a ser un poco más profesionales y comienzan a usar su profesión en lugar de por un cheque por el porvenir de quienes acuden a ellos
