I was involved in a car accident where I was t-boned and my car was totaled. I didn’t think I was injured too bad at first and didn’t even consider hiring a law firm. Doug Smaellie is a Legal Investigator for Craig Swapp & Associates, and I discussed my accident with him on several occasions. He recommended that I retain Craig Swapp & Associates to ensure that my interests were protected. Doug encouraged me to see a doctor and verify that I was alright. He referred me to a medical provider and I was diagnosed with a low back injury. Doug walked me through the process of retaining an attorney and then assigned my case to Attorney Kurt London and his Paralegal Jenny Faddis. When they say “One Call That’s All” they mean it! Kurt and Jenny took care of everything and communicated with me frequently. They made sure I was completely healed from my injuries, and then made sure all the medical bills were paid. The real surprise was the amount of settlement they obtained on my behalf—it was much better than I had expected. I am satisfied with outcome and they were able to get the drunk driver’s very stubborn insurance company to comply even with getting them to take care of rental car companies losses outside of basic damage (it was almost going to require a deductible for our personal insurance to cover it) . This was my first time in my entire life I had to use a lawyer and I think the team did a decent job given the complexities involved with my case.

Sometimes it is hard to believe online reviews. I called Swapp based on the Google reviews. Kurt was my attorney, his team was awesome. Made things easier and took away a big majority of the stress of getting in an accident that wasn't my fault. Having new premature twins at home is stress enough.
