I decided to call Craig Swapp immediately after getting home from the hospital after my auto accident, and it was the best decision I could have made. Someone came quickly to meet with me and explain what things would need to be taken care of, and how they could help. They have been in touch and on top of things since the get-go, with special appreciation to Nola James for being consistent and taking time to explain cloudy details to me.
