These guys are great. They really cared about me and what I was going through. They took the time and explained everything to me every step of the way so I felt like I was in the loop throughout the entire process. I would recommend Craig Swapp and Associates to everyone! You won't regret it.

Craig Swapp and associates were great. I got in a minor motorcycle accident that gave me some serious back problems. For a couple months I tried to seek help through therapy but every time i tried to schedule an appointment it seemed like i was having to jump through 20 hoops for the insurances before I could. And even after jumping through the initial 20 there was always another one left. I got sick of it. So that’s when I called Craig Swapp. They were able to to get me into a chiropractor that week and after 6 months of regular visits my back has made a full recovery. My case took a lot longer than most should but that was my fault for not calling sooner. In hindsight, I should have called them right at the scene of the accident. Things would have gone much quicker and smoother.

I can't thank enough to Brad and Aylin. They were very professional communicating with me at all the time letting me me know the situation of my case or requesting any documents from me. I am very happy and pleasant with Craig Swapp & Associate. I will definitely recommend to anyone that may need their service. Thank you so much!!

My family and I were in a car accident Christmas time 2017. Brad & Amanda have been great to work with. I’m not always the easiest person to deal with . But they have both been acceptional. Our case is not closed yet. But I am just so appreciative of them. That accident changed our lives for the worst but they have made it easier for us . From the moment we talked to Craig about needing help fighting the insurance company to pay our medical bills from my car accident he was so assuring that he would take care of us. He did just that. We met with a couple attorneys at Craig Swapp and each and every time they were accommodating and understanding. We were able to settle the case and working with Rich and Allison was fantastic. The amount of time that they put into working for us was a relief for the burden of having to re-live the accident every time I made a call about medical bills. I appreciated the attention to detail, the updates and most of all the personal service we received. It really was “one call”.
