I had the first car accident I have ever been in recently and had no idea what to expect in dealing with my injuries, medical bills involved, etc. I tried to deal with it on my own, but suffering from a head injury left me very forgetful. It was roughly 4 or 5 months after the accident when I finally sought help and found Craig Swapp and Associates on a Google search. They had someone come to my home for a consultation and I knew I had come to the right place when I was told, "you don't need to worry about all of this stuff. Leave that to us to worry about and you focus on getting better". They made the process very simple for me, their friendly associates only asked that I keep them in the loop with my recovery and provide documents from my doctor visits. They handled everything with ease, which gave me confidence in their expertise. They have excellent communication and expertise on where to guide me for recovery. I credit them with my recovery going as well as it did. I hope I never have another car accident again, but if I do, I will definitely give Brad a call at Craig Swapp and Associates!

Poor service. Changed lawyers multiple time. Strung it out so long insurance opportunity was lost. Do not use.

From start to finish, I received excellent service. I was updated frequently, sometimes multiple times a week for the entirety of my case. I had never been in an accident before and felt overwhelmed but the burden was lifted by Mr Anderson and Ms Klinkosh and all I had to do was heal and leave the rest up to them. Eternally grateful.
