Everytime I called them with my concerns,Brenda Matt. ALWAYS got back to me with an answer right away or wld calm my concerns and explain things to me in detail. Which for me is HUGE. Right when life threw me a lot of challenges. Matt gave me a call and restored so much. Not by just getting me some money to very much help with well everything. But also by following thru with every word they told me. I would 100% go with the SWAPP team again in a heartbeat 💓 again thank you Matt not once but twice for that call.

I was involved in an auto accident and I called Craig Swapp and his associates. The attorneys here are in my opinion the best in Spokane. They are very caring and take every step to insure that you are taken care of in every way possible. I would recommend them to anyone who has been in an auto accident and are not sure what to do. Give them a call, and leave your worries behind.

These guys are awesome!!! Matt and Olivia were so kind and understanding. They made sure my medical needs were handled promptly and with care. Matt did a great job of gathering all the necessary details for my case, & letting me have time to recover and heal from my accident, & explaining next steps in my case and advocating for what was in my best interest. Well not the right office for our situation, so we haven't used their services.
How ever the lady whom answered the phone when we called was absolutely amazing in just listening to our information, compassionate about the situation, and very knowledgeable and willing to direct me in the right direction.
If the rest of the Firm handles cases the way she handles the front desk, then they are the ones you want to hire
