Krystaly Koch is an amazing attorney who helped my husband get dismissed from an almost 5 year litigation. She was hired to finish the case very last minute and she really saved us. She’s a very personable, charismatic and approachable but in the courtroom she’s so strategic and intelligent. Her and Karissa really are top tier!

I was in a motorcycle accident 17JUL23 in my own subdivision. My motorcycle was totaled by an uninsured person who with no warning, flipped a U-turn in front of me. I hit his Xterra with my right hip before I flew over his hood landing on the road, flipping and rolling to a stop. I had road rash and a hematoma on my right hip plus I damaged my right shoulder, requiring surgery. After I called Craig Swapp and Associates I thought about just doing it all my self, but they followed up with me and calmed all my fears. They made it easy for me and kept me informed of what to expect moving forward. They collected information and I was assigned to Attorney Brad Anderson and Assistant Jocelyn Bowers. They were both AWESOME. They told me it would take some time and it did, about 1 year. With the driver having no insurance I thought a settlement was hopeless. They did all the leg work and it was a relief to have them do the worrying. They would call me when they needed more information and would return all of my calls when I had questions or wondered how the process was going. We had a couple of face to face meetings for information and signatures. They cared about my wife and I. We actually became acquainted as we talked. It was a caring relationship not just business. I hope we never have a need for Swapp and associates again, but if I did, I would request Brad Anderson and Jocelyn Bowers, every time. Thanks so much for all your help. A side note: I think the laws should put stiffer penalties on Un-insured drivers and follow through with enforcing Felony Laws of lying to Cops about current insurance. This guy should have been put in Jail and forced to sell his vehicle to cover my bills or to make me whole. I did receive a small settlement. I would have received nothing if I did the work myself and the stress would be unbearable. Thanks Again, Rooster R Jenson
