This group of lawyers and case managers are absolute angels! I experienced my very first ever auto accident at the age of 43, and wasn’t ready for the chaos of the aftermath my lawyer, Brad Anderson and my case manager Breanda Stephens took control from day one letting me take time to recover from my multiple injuries. Brenda literally treated me as if I were part of her family. She was always there to take my phone calls wether it be to answer questions or explain the processes or listen to me crying about losing my job due to my accident she always made me feel safe and that we were going to make sure everything was taken care of. She was my calm in the storm I was enduring. Thank you Brenda more than my words can reach thank you.

I was forced to fire this group do to lack of communication. They have been contacted by my new attorney to send my files to and have absolutely not done nothing. They will not communicate. They ask you to leave a 5 star rating after doing nothing. Brad Anderson has screwed my case up so bad and has not responded to my new lawyers request to send info and it is not ok. I believe this lawyer group is more about scamming people then helping. I have a way better attorney now. Amanda was great and helpful bur also was always sick or wouldn't return messages and if she did it was with vague detail. I had no idea what was going on with my case no help to get me to right doctors and always forced me to do the running give them my personal log in info for Dr. App. They did nothing and continue to try to screw me. I would stay far away. Also if you leave them a bad review atleast Brad Anderson he will call and yell at you and force you to change your review rating well here is a true rating. 0 stars or -10 they refuse to send documents to my new attorney after over a month then they want you to call when replying to bad reviews just to belittle you. I hope people heed my warning they are ambulance chasers and will win you nothing. I have had to handle all my own document retrieval as well as basically work my own case but good thing I retained a better competent attorney that actually cares about his clients. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CRAIG FLOP AND SCAM ASSOCIATES THEY WILL SCREW YOU BIG AND LAUGH AS THEY MAKE ALL THE MONEY AND YOU MAY RECIEVE 5 DOLLARS AND GOD FORBID YOU CHANGE ATTORNEYS BECAUSE THEY WILL HASSLE AND NOT GIVE UP RECORDS TO THE NEW ATTORNEY IN ATTEMPT TO MAKE YOUR CASE WORSE OFF. I HAVE GOTTEN FURTHER BY MYSELF THEN THEY GOT ME. I DID ALL MY OWN PAPERWORK FINDING DOCTORS INFO. THIS PLACE MAKES ME SICK AND COME ON NOW YOU WERE FIRED A MONTH AGO OR BETTER AND CANT SEND DOCUMENT THAT I RETRIEVED ON MY OWN AND THINK THAT YOU WILL BE PAID FOR WORK YOU DIDNT DO. NO WAY. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND FIND A BETTER ATTORNEY I ASSURE YOU THEY ARE OUT THERE.
