I wanted to leave a honest review because when I went through them I read reviews and decided to use them but didn't know it was going to be like this. Well my accident happened and got told to go to appointments so we could get to feeling better so we did after a few months started getting medical bills that were going to collections so we called in and told our paralegal she said she would take care of it after a few months started getting the bills again except this time they were in collections called again left multiple messages no call back so we paid the bills stopped going to the doctor even though we needed to go and finally got a call and we got a new paralegal and attorney and another new one must of gone through close to 10 of them it was a joke then finally we were going to go through arbitration and that was crazy we would hear from one arbitrator then 6 months later another new one it was hell long story short we settled and because I got more than my wife they decided to charge me way more attorney fees even though it was the same. there was no more that they did on mine that they did on wifes I would not recommend them this was over 3 years' worth of headache I even tried to email the owner at there e-mail and nothing back so glad this is over. Good luck if u use them
