To be honest I was hesitant to hire a lawyer. After a year of the insurance company giving me the run around I finally decided it was time. Thank goodness I did because they were able to settle for me and all my medical bills from my accident has been paid. Which was all that I wanted. This has been a blessing in my family and mines life. I don't think I could ever thank them enough.

These guys at first said they would take my case but then upon reviewing it they changed their minds and rejected my case. I'm sure it's because they won't make the amount of money that they would like off of it rather than be a law firm that is willing to do their best for people. I know I have a case because there are several attorneys that are willing to take my case. This just says to me that they only care about bottom line and not people which is why I'm giving them the rating that I am. The attorney named Josh that I spoke with seemed inexperienced and unsure and with the reputation this firm has I assumed they would have the best team on it but it wasn't the case with me. Regardless I don't wish ill on this firm and I know they'll continue to do well

Pierce Sargeant, with Freeman Lovell is an exceptional attorney, and I consider him to be a friend at this point after a year long matter. He was there for me every step of the way through the process. He never over promised, however always over performed. I could not say enough with words to convey how much he helped me. I made that "one call" and I'm wishing I never had! I was finally awarded a small settlement from the insurance company. But mid October Craig swapp said they were waiting on the insurance company to send out the check. Finally beginning of November they told me the insurance company sent it out on the 25th of October.. So I waited and waited.. texted them to find out what's going on with it. They tell me "it got lost in the mail"? I kept bugging them to find out what's going on with it. I told them of some serious health problems I've having. The next day THEN they tell me that the insurance company needs me to sign a release so they can issue the check.. but wait wasn't I told it was already sent out? YES that's exactly what they told me. So I signed the release and Craig swapp told me that the insurance company has confirmed my check, it was overnighted Thursday night they had gotten a tracking number and it shows it'll be delivered Friday afternoon. And they should have my money Monday? I texted them Tuesday to find out what's going on with it? And nothing.. no response. I just texted them trying to find out what's going on with it . And they say that they haven't received confirmation of mailing yet? Now wait. Didn't they tell me it was confirmed with a tracking number? YES they did! I just texted them and told them they had said it was confirmed with a tracking number and everything. Now apparently it's gotten lost in the mail?? REALLY? They had a tracking number and said it shows to be delivered Friday afternoon?? I'm seriously getting tired of the run around and lies. There's nobody in that firm that has any competence. This is getting really OLD and I'm getting sick and tired of them lies! I'm getting really upset! So If you're smart and you want money from the insurance company that wronged you DON'T MAKE THAT "ONE CALL"
