Alan and he’s staff were very responsive through texts or phone calls. Alan was empathetic when I came into his office crying and feeling like I had no hope, he listened to me, he let me vent, he heard me. My case wasn’t a big case but Alan didn’t treat me like that; I was important to him and his staff. I would recommend Alan and his amazing staff to anyone.
