Kevin is a great lawyer, I was a bit hesitant from the beginning since their prices are much lower than other lawyers, but in the end Kevin was able to dismiss all 3 of my charges. I will say it is sometimes hard to get in touch with their legal assistants when you need to talk to them, but they eventually will get back to you. Definitely recommend these attorneys for anyone who is looking for affordable but still effective, professional attorneys!

For two months I’ve reached out to several attorney firms and the Utah state bar association. I needed advice and or to retain a lawyer . My son passed away and I needed to get his medical records etc .. Dave an attorney at Rocky Mountain Defenders got back to via text and a phone call ! Dave was helpful and informative! I could never get a hold of my attorney or his assistant. At one point neither could remember my name, or which client they were speaking too. Final day I was told my options for the very first time, that came with hurry court starts in less than hour. Durning trial I was hearing new evidence presented by the prosecutor. I tried texting my lawyer and his assistant. Trying to get help at the moment. There was a lot of in accurent information being said. I had no voice, and course no time. Don't count on once of help after the verdict. I had to do so much research and I only 2 months, or I would have issues with the judge. This one was my very first offense. I've never broken the law. My attorney in the very beginning seemed like they cared and new what they were talking about. However never could remember my case or call back. Don't bother texting them. Kevin & Jason I hope you both sleep good at night knowing you take payment right away, then you go away. This customer service may work at Wal-Mart. However it shouldn't be tolerated when messing with one's life!
