In the short amount of time I used this law firm in a custody case, they didn't file my paperwork on time so when I showed up for my court date we had to reschedule. The attorney went on vacation over seas for weeks during the time I was working with him, was late to mediation, was so friendly with the opposing attorney that you would think they are working together. And on top of all that poor performance mis-charged for hundreds of dollars that I had to bring to their attention. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

I had an injury at work. I Receive workers compensation but after an IME with the insurance company's doctor, I was denied. When I met with Aaron I had not yet received a denial from workers comp. I explained my case and he told me to just keep doing what I was doing and to call him back if I got a denial. which I did 3 weeks later. At that time Aaron told me he wouldnt take my case cuz he had to many open cases as it was. I was then referred to someone else. Now this really shouldn't be a big deal, however I suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety. I spent a lot of time researching and reading trying to find the right lawyer. One I where I felt comfortable with there abilities and knowledge. And now I have to start over which is causing me to experience a borderline panic attack. This injury has just been a ridiculous ordeal from the start. I really thought things were going to start looking up. Aaron is very highly rated and I felt confident in his knowledge of utah workers compensation law. But it's back to square one I guess. It's not Aaron's fault, I just wish he had told me in our 1st meeting that he wasnt taking new clients. My anxiety makes simple tasks impossible and creates mountains out of mole hills. I thought that I could relax but alas that is not the case. I really wanted to be another person writing a 5 star review about how quickly my case was resolved and how happy I was ect........

David Corbett and his staff did an outstanding job of representing me and assuring that I understood each step of the divorce process. My divorce had a number of special circumstances that needed to be handled and addressed. He was patient, kind and went out of his way to manage the difficult details.

As I was injured years ago it seems to me like the insurance company could of just Pushed me to the side. However Aaron Gilliam Has proven to be my friend over the years And between him and I... it's a fact. He got the settlement that changed my life, the settlement that he told me he'd get for me. God-bless him and any lawyer that's even near as good as him because he cares ,Truly. Tara has been a huge help all along . She's a pro and the company is fortunate to have her. I could go on and on but I'll finish by saying this , Workers comp in Utah is no joke. The rules are more stringent than probably any other state. If your getting a divorce and your a male this is not the law firm for you. This office is all about getting paid but not about doing the work in a timely or correct manner. The first response to the court for the divorce will most like not have your name in it but Mr. Beach whoever that is in it instead. They will dodge your calls avoid contact with the other representation until they want another check and still will do nothing. They will not fight for you. They will do the minimum work possible. Its probably best not to go here unless you like negligible services.
